The department of Lands conducted cadastral survey of Manyatta Otte in Saku Sub County. This involves extension of controls and beaconing of each individual plots and follows up the Local Physical Development Plan that was developed before.

The cadastral survey is aimed at improving land ownership hence reducing land disputes among the land owners. The final product of the cadastral survey is issuance of beacon certificates, compilation of survey files and production of survey plans that will aid in issuance of titles after authentication of the plan.
