Mr. Adan Guyo Kanano is the current CEC Member for Agriculture, Livestock & Fisheries Development. He joined the county government of Marsabit as CEC Member in 2017. He has a vast working experience, having worked in private and public sectors for over 25 years. His specialization is in Finance, Banking and Strategic Management. Mr. Kanano has a Master of Arts in Economics degree from the University of Nairobi, Master of Business Administration (Strategic Management Option) from Kenyatta University, MBA (Finance/Accounting) degree from ESAMI/Maastricht School of Management (Netherlands), and Bachelor of Commerce degree (accounting option) fromUniversity of Nairobi. He has also attended several management courses, including senior management course at Kenya School of Government. He is a member of the Kenya Institute of Management and the Institute of Economic Affairs of Kenya.
