Mr. Guyo Guracha is a Governance and Project Management expert with over 10 years of handling
complex projects, monitoring and evaluation, research and policy analysis in various sectors including
roads and public works coordination and management, enterprise development, and administration of
National Government and County Government programs. Guyo Guracha holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Information Science from KeMU and a Master of Arts in Project Planning and Management
from the University of Nairobi. He also holds an advanced International Diploma from Arberts formed
lingen Stockholm -Sweden. He is a certified ISO Total Quality Management Auditor and Certified M&E
professional. Guracha worked at the Youth Enterprise Development Fund the flagship project of Vision
2030 as a Regional Coordinator for Upper Eastern overseeing Isiolo, Samburu, and Marsabit before
joining the County Government of Marsabit in 2019 as a Director of M&E, Governor's Delivery Unit.
