Mr. Malicha Boru is a health professional with over 26 years of experience in the health sector. Mr.
Malicha holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental health and a master’s degree in public Reproductive
Health (MPH- PRH) from Kenyatta University. Mr. Malicha is also a trained environmental health
professional with a Diploma in Environmental Health from Kenya Medical Training College. He is a
member of the Professional Association of Public Health Officers Kenya (APHO-K).
