Grace Galmo Boru is a highly accomplished professional with a strong educational background and
extensive experience in various leadership roles. She holds a master’s in education from the Catholic
University of Eastern Africa (CUEA), as well as a bachelor’s degree in education with a specialization in
English/Literature from Moi University. Prior to her academic achievements, she attended Alliance Girls
High School and completed her primary education at Goro Rukesa Primary School, demonstrating her
commitment to education from an early age. As the CEC for Water, Environment, Climate Change, and
Natural Resource Management, Grace is now at the forefront of addressing some of the most pressing
challenges facing Marsabit County and the wider region.
