Marsabit County FLLoCA Grievances Lodging.

FLLoCA grievances in Marsabit can be lodged via the Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM), which accepts oral, written (letters/petitions), phone, email (grievances@marsabit.go.ke), Download form from Marsabit county FLLoCA website, or directly to project managers. Complaints are recorded, acknowledged and addressed within the framework.

Grievance Procedures:

  1. Receipt & Recording: All complaints, whether oral or written, are logged by the receiver.

  2. Acknowledgment & Resolution: Complaints are acknowledged and resolved promptly, with feedback provided to the complainant.

  3. Investigation: If a complaint cannot be resolved immediately, it is referred to the relevant committee or department for investigation and resolution.

  4. Feedback Loop: The GRM Focal Person or committee ensures feedback is provided to the complainant upon resolution.
