POPSYS Services

Project Implementation

It is designed to build on the achievements realized under the first phase of the Kenya Devolution Support Program, implemented between 2016-2021.

Coordination

KDSP II is a crucial initiative that supports a subset of reforms outlined in the Government's Devolution Sector Plan.

Financing

The Program Development Objective (PDO) is to "strengthen County Performance in the financing, management, coordination and accountability for resurces"', supports a series of key interventions (at the input and output levels) that contribute to intermediate outcomes and, in turn, contribute to outcomes.

The Second Kenya Devolution Support program (KDSP II) is a four-year Program that aims to strengthen counties' performance in financing, management, cooordination and accountability for resources.
