Mrs.Samuella Lolokuru is currently the Chief Officer –Public Works at the department of Roads, Transport and Public Works at Marsabit County Government.She has previously served as Chief Officer Public Administration and Education. Samuella holds Masters of Art (MA) in Peace Studies and International Relations from Catholic University and Bachelor of Arts in Community Development from Daystar University and an alumna of St. Theresa's Girls Secondary School in Wamba, Samburu County. She is a proactive and creative individual with over Eighteen (18) years of experience in both private and public service. An ambitious peace builder with a passion for peace building who is greatly driven by desire for individual and communal empowerment. She has a wealth of experience in peace building. Samuella Lolokuru was feted as the Most Outstanding Chief Officer - Eastern Region during County Gala Awards in recognition of her outstanding performance and achievements in leadership.
