Dr. Hitler Rikoi A research veterinary surgeon with over 13 years working experience in the profession, a research scientist and a CO-AUTHOR of five (5) original scientific articles published in international peer-review journals (Entrez PubMeD). The research work at the Institute of Primate Research (Kenya) and collaborative donor funded projects in Bio-medical research utilizing non-human primates as models has shaped up my skills and experience in scientific research work, data collection, data analysis, and scientific writing. Additionally; I was privileged to manage captive-animal facility for 5 years. I was also appointed to the position of County Chief Officer for fisheries development, Marsabit County for 5 years. Currently I am a County Chief Officer for Roads and Transport; Marsabit County Government.
